I want to cancel/amend an order, what do I do?
If you placed an order within 24 hours and and it has not left our shipping depot, we will cancel/amend your order free of charge. However if your order is already on route, we may NOT be able to process your cancellation or amend your order. You may reach out to us at https://soulwrp.com/pages/contact and we will do our best to process your request in a timely manner.
Do you ship Internationally and what are your rates?
Yes, we do ship internationally in North America, Europe, the MiddleEast, Africa, and Asia. How long until I can get my SoulWrp order?
Processing time will take 1-2 business days and shipping will depend on your location. ON, QC around 2-3 business days Western Canada 3-4 days, Maritime Provinces 5-7 business days; USA 4-8 business days; International 4-22 business days.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information, if it has been longer than 3 business days and you have not received your tracking email, please reach out to us at https://soulwrp.com/pages/contact
What do I do if I entered an incorrect ship to address?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and if this is done within 24 hours, we should be able to make the appropriate changes. However if the timeline exceeds 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the changes will be made. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify all information before check out including ship to address. If a package is shipped to an incorrect but valid address and is not returned to Soulwrp, the burden of responsibility and any additional cost will be on the customer; However if a package is shipped to an invalid address, you will be responsible for any fees to get the package shipped back to Soulwrp and reshipped to the correct address. If you wish to cancel your order after it is reshipped back to us, then we will give you a partial refund minus the shipping cost.
