Once we verify the defect, we will provide instructions for returning the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

No Refunds for Other Reasons

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
