Returns & Refunds (Defective Items Only)
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact us with the following:
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
Once we verify the defect, we will provide instructions for returning the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
No Refunds for Other Reasons
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or style ordered
- Any reason other than defects
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

I meant to submit my review for weeks. What's is there to say about these head wraps other than, that I LOVE THEM!!!!! My coworkers have fallen in love with them as well and I have been sharing SoulWrp's insta and website for people to order. They are breathable, which is a huge plus as I suffer from eczema and these have been a pleasure to wear during this hot weather in the office or running errands outside.
